This policy describes how Cirter collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit cirter.shop, place an order or contact us. It applies to customers in the United States, the only country we serve.

  • Orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, so we do not collect or store card or bank account numbers at checkout. If you request a refund by bank transfer, we ask for the account details needed to send it and use them only for that refund.

• To handle returns, exchanges and refunds

Emails From Us

We send order updates, reminders about items left in your cart and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any of those messages. Order and delivery emails will still be sent because they relate to your purchase.

Cookies and Analytics

Cirter uses cookies and the following tools to keep the store working and to measure how it performs:

• Shopify Analytics: store traffic and sales reporting
• Google Analytics: how visitors find and use the site
• Google Ads and the Google & YouTube app: measuring whether our ads lead to visits and orders (conversion tracking)
• Cookies: keeping your cart, remembering preferences and supporting the tools above

Who Helps Us Run the Store

We work with a small number of service providers who handle information only to perform services for us:

• Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders. See Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy.
• Trusted shipping carriers, who deliver your order and collect Cash on Delivery payments
• Track123, which powers our order tracking page
• Google, for the analytics and advertising measurement described above

We do NOT sell or share your personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the state you live in, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other US state privacy laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Delete your personal information
• Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights

To protect your account, we confirm your identity before acting on a request, usually by matching the email address or phone number on your order. We answer within the time allowed by law, which is generally 45 days.

Keeping Your Information Safe

Our store runs on Shopify's secure platform with encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access to customer information is limited to what is needed to serve you. No online system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

How Long We Keep It

We keep order records for as long as needed to complete your purchase, handle returns and meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. Other information is deleted or anonymized once it is no longer needed.

Children

Cirter does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it. Purchases require the buyer to be at least 18, as set out in our Terms of Service.

When we update this policy, we change the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
