These terms form an agreement between you and Cirter, a single-member limited liability company (LLC) located at 6041 Forest Run Dr, Clifton, VA 20124, United States. They govern your use of cirter.shop and every purchase made through it.

1. Agreeing to These Terms

By browsing cirter.shop or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who Can Buy

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the delivery address given.

3. Products, Descriptions and Pricing

  • We aim to describe and photograph every handbag and shoulder bag accurately. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen.
  • Prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
  • If we discover an error in a price, description or availability, we may correct it. If the error affects an order you placed, we will contact you before it ships and you may cancel at no cost.

4. Orders, Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Your order confirmation email acknowledges your order. A contract is formed when your order ships.
  • We may decline or cancel an order that cannot be verified, appears fraudulent, or contains a pricing error. We will tell you if this happens.
  • You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering, provided the order has not shipped.

5. Payment

Cirter accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the order total in cash, in US dollars, when your order is delivered. A COD order refused at delivery is cancelled. See our Payment Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the United States only, and shipping is FREE on all orders. Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

7. Returns and Refunds

Items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, with a free return label and no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the return. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on cirter.shop, including text, images, graphics, logos and page design, belongs to Cirter or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • break any applicable law or regulation
  • place false or fraudulent orders, or give someone else's details without permission
  • interfere with the site's security or operation, or upload malicious code
  • scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the site by automated means
  • harass or abuse our staff or other customers

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cirter is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cirter and its owner from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. Any dispute that cannot be settled this way will be handled by the courts located in Virginia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is posted here with a new Last Updated date. Orders are governed by the terms in place when they were placed.

15. Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
